The conference will be held at the Società del Casino at the first floor of the sumptuous Teatro Sociale of Como, Via Bellini 1.

With its homely and secluted atmosphere, the Società del Casino is a perfect environment for scientific congresses, that can take advantage of the position in the very center of Como, just a little walking distance from the Dome, the medieval walls and the lake shore. Moreover, it is at a very short distance from the main hotels of the city.
As conference facility, the Società del Casino provides a wi-fi internet connection.
How to Reach Como
- By train
- Como is very easily reachable from all the main european cities. Fast and frequent trains link Como to Milan and Switzerland. In particular, two lines arrive in Como: Ferrovie Nord Milano, with a stop at Como Lago Station (the nearest to the Società del Casino) and Como Borghi Station, and Trenitalia, with a stop at Como S. Giovanni Station on the international line Milano-Chiasso.
- By airplane
- Como is easily reachable through the airports of Milan (Malpensa or Linate), Bergamo (Orio al Serio) and Lugano (Switzerland).
- From Milano - Malpensa
- Train: Malpensa EXPRESS from the airport to Saronno, then change for Como with the Ferrovie Nord Milano to Como Lago Station
- Taxi: maximum cost of € 90,00 for a 40/60 min. trip. We recommand to ask the taxi driver the charge before leaving.
- From Milano - Linate
- Bus and Train: you can choose to take a STARFLY bus to Milan Central Station or an ATM bus to San Babila square.
From Central Station you can choose to- take a Trenitalia train, to Como S. Giovanni Station
- take the subway (MM2 - green - direction Abbiategrasso) for 2 stops to Porta Garibaldi and from there take a Trenitalia train, to Como S. Giovanni Station
- take the subway (MM2 - green - direction Abbiategrasso) for 5 stops to Cadorna and from there take a Ferrovie Nord Milano train to Como Lago Station
- Taxi: maximum cost of € 100,00 for a 1 hour and 30 minutes trip. We recommand to ask the taxi driver the charge before leaving.
- From Bergamo - Orio al Serio
- Bus and Train: take an ATB or a ZANI bus to Bergamo Train Station and from there a Trenitalia train, to Como S. Giovanni Station
- Taxi: trip of 1 hour and 30 minutes. We recommand to ask the taxi driver the charge before leaving.
- From Lugano - Agno
- Bus and Train: take a SHUTTLE BUS to Lugano Train Station and from there a SBB train, to Como S. Giovanni Station
- By car
- you can reach Como through the highway A9 (exit Como Monte Olimpino or Como Nord) or through the provincial roads.
